Permanent TSB pick the Newton Note Sorter from Dualtron for their branches to recycle cash.

After a formal selection process involving in-branch trials Dualtron have been awarded a contract to supply all of Permanent TSB’s branches with the Newton Note Sorter in compliance with the ECB Banknote Recycling regulations. Permanent TSB is part of the Irish Life and Permanent Group. and is the retail banking operation of the group and is a leading provider of residential mortgage finance in Ireland.

AIB Bank choose Dualtron for their
Banknote Recycling (Note sorting ) Equipment

From the end of December 2010 all banks and professional money handlers will have to comply with new ECB regulations concerning the recycling of banknotes to the public. AIB Bank went to tender for note sorters to assist the bank comply with these new regulations. The bank wished to source a fast, reliable and easy to use solution for its nationwide branch network in Ireland. After a period of testing and evaluation of potential equipment and suppliers AIB chose Dualtron to supply its network with the Kisan Newton Fitness Note Sorter for all of its branches and business centres.

Sallen launch Siclo F2 Plus

Sallen have launched their latest Note Sorter, the Siclo F2 Plus. This ECB Approved Sorter has two counting pockets for Fit and Unfit notes, as well as a separate reject pocket for suspected counterfeits. This makes it a very productive sorter, as operators do not have to re-sort unfit notes from suspects.
The Siclo F2 Plus is very easy to use and processes at 800 notes per minute. It can carry out a number of processes including ECB Fitness Sorting, ATM Fitness Sorting, Value counting mixed lodgements, Piece Counting, Orienting and Facing.
It has a Colour Touch Screen for easy operation.

QUINN-Insurance
QUINN-Insurance, part of The QUINN Group has opened new purpose built offices in Navan, Co Meath to service its rapidly growing Insurance business. The state of the art facility which will eventually employ 700 staff is built close to the M3 Motorway. QUINN-Insurance has been the fastest growing insurance company in Ireland since 1996.QUINN-Insurance provides general insurance products including private motor, home, commercial vehicle, and all types of business insurance products are sold over the phone to customers and brokers from purpose built call centres in Ireland and the UK.
QUINN-Insurance decided to go Cashless from day one and so all staff use their plastic cards to purchase food in the superb new restaurant. Dualtron supplied their Myriad Cashless Payment System, including Touch Screen Tills which greatly speed up the service in the Restaurant. As well as speed of service there is a hygiene benefit, as no cash is handled at the tills.
Dualtron previously supplied a Cashless System to QUINN-Direct in the Q-centre in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.

Dualtron &TDS Provide Integrated Cashless Solution to Janssen Pharmaceuticals
Together with Dualtron, TDS implemented a fully integrated cashless catering system which met Janssen’s requirements and in some instances exceeded them. The system has eliminated cash at tills and vending machines throughout the plant, provided management with real-time accurate reports and is compliant with the current J&J standards. Janssen employees have opted for their canteen spending to be deduced directly from their pay through the CorePay interface, while contractors & visitors use a top-up machine to load money on their card. The real-time CoreAccess interface ensures an invalid badge in CoreAccess is not able to be used in the canteen.The successful rollout of this system was due to a joint project team being formed of Janssen, Dualtron and TDS specialists to ensure all users took a positive approach to the installation from the start.

Magner Solution Note Sorter Approved by ECB for Banknote Recycling Framework

The Magner Solution is a very high speed two pocket Note Sorter whic can be used for ECB Banknote Recycling and also for ATM Fitness sorting. It is easy to operate, very fast. It can count and sort banknotes at speeds of up to 1200 notes per minute. The Magner Solution is manufactured in Switzerland and combines the currency handling expertise of Magner with the detection capabilities of Digital Verification.
The ECB Banknote Recycling Framework is due to implemted in Ireland from the end of next year. Dualtron provide a range of Note Sorters and Note counters which comply with this.

PayPal pay with Dualtron’s cashless system!
PayPal’s Irish operations employing more than 1,000 people are based in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 where quality catering & coffee bar services are provided by Sodexo. The facility has recently gone live with the Myriad cashless catering & vending system from Dualtron. Ensuring seamless operation for staff and international PayPal visitors, the system utilises the existing proximity based access card to cut down on administration and separate cards. The cashless system also enables card operation with all the sites vending machines eliminating the need to carry coin and importantly also stopping coin jams!April 2009
Dualtron attended the Irish League of credit Unions conference and exhibition in Killarney.
Hundreds of delegates from Credit Unions from all over the island were able to see the latest in Cash Handling equipment. There was particular interest in the Newton F Note Sorter and The CTS CM18 Teller Cash Recycler, as both of these are approved for the ECB Banknote Recycling framework. Central Remedial Clinic switched from Cash to Cashless Payment System.
The Clinic has a Restaurant on site for staff and patients. By switching to a Cashless system the Clinic is ensured of a very fast service and a hygiene benefit as no money is handled in the Food or Point of sale areas. Eircom goes Cashless with Dualtron in new Headquarters at Heuston Square in Dublin
Eircom plc has moved its headquarters to 1 Heuston Square and now uses Myriad Cashless from Dualtron for all its Restaurants and Vending Sales. Staff and Visitors alike can avail of the service using a combination of Note Loading and Web Loading as well Credit and Debit Card Loading to top up their staff cards.
