Dualtron provide island wide support for all their systems and use the very latest TRACE mobile workforce management system to ensure the right resource and help is there for the customer at the right time.
From day one we have grown our business based primarily on the excellent Technical Support provided to our customers. Dualtron is customer focused and supplies bespoke Service Level Agreements to better meet its individual customers’ requirements.
