Guest Paging System

A Guest Paging System is a wireless system using RF that can be used in food service environments.

When an order is placed by a customer, they receive a pager and proceeds to their seat. When the order is ready for collection, the server inputs the order number on the control keypad of the transmitter.

The customer is alerted as their pager begins to vibrate and light up. The customer returns the pager to the server and it is placed on the stack for charging.

The transmitter has dual power options available, an AC/DC adaptor and or rechargeable built in battery are both options.

The guest pager is compact and circular in design and easily fits into a customer’s hand. The units are highly robust and they are designed to withstand impact should it be dropped.

The pagers are also water resistant, accounting for regular spillages in food service environments. When not in use, the pagers are stacked on top of the charger, one on top of the other. They are magnetised to maximise charging and promote efficiency in storage and/or transportation.
