On Wednesday the 28th of October Irish retailers will begin to use a system of rounding. The new system will mean that retailers no longer have to handle 1c and 2c coins.
The Central Bank have information for retailers and customers available at betterallround.ie to ensure everyone understands the new scheme before launch.
