After the successful introduction of the €5 note last year, the ECB are continuing with the new generation Euro notes by introducing the €10 note this September 23rd, 2014.
Dualtron have already tested and updated most of our equipment with the changes. Our equipment from now on will be updated with the new €10 note software. If you currently have a Dualtron machine, please contact our team in order to arrange an update.
Cash Handling Staff should make themselves familiar with the new note and all of the security features. The video below explains where these security features can be found.
