Dualtron have developed our own self-service kiosk for transferring balances from legacy cashless systems to our latest Myriad systems.
This kiosk reads the customer’s card balance from the old system, deducts the balance and credits it to the new system in a single transaction.
There is no need for the customer to provide any details or select any options, they simply tap their new card on one reader and insert the old card into the other and the kiosk does all the rest.
Balances can easily be transferred on the day the new system goes live meaning minimal disruption for customers and no downtime between decommissioning the old system and launching the new system.
