The Upay Event Booking solution is an additional module to the Upay core system. It allows your customers to book tickets for upcoming events, see key information like dress codes, locations and times, view existing guest & RSVP lists and choose from your available menus. If payment is required, it can be made online via the customers’ cashless purse or through debit/credit card. Your business will be able to report on all levels of detail from the Uniware Cloud back office, including who has RSVP’d, if they have guests, their event & meal choices and any special requirements they may have entered.
Another module Uniware Systems provides is a Shop module which can be used for deli & hospitality ordering and retail purchases. Sell anything you wish to your consumers from food to clothing and more!
The Shop module is an online ordering solution that allows you to take advanced orders for items that are available in your outlets. Consequently giving you the convenience and customisable preparation time you need. In addition to this, you are benefitting your customers as they can pre-order and collect at a time that suits them. The survey module allows the site manager to conduct surveys of their UPay user population. It can be used for things like Customer Satisfaction surveys and coffee democracy. As well as that, they integrate with Typeform making it easy to design and layout your survey. As a result, surveys are displayed graphically in the UPay Manager Portal, therefore, making it easy to share results with your stakeholders.
